Day01

Marrakech

Marrakech

A free day in the city: the Menara Gardens, the Koutoubia, the Saadian Tombs, the Bahia Palace and, in the evening, Jemaa el Fna square full of lights and stalls.

Day02

Tizi n'Test · Taroudant

Marrakech → Tizi n'Test → Taroudant

We cross the High Atlas through the Asif Ounila valley and over the Tizi n'Test pass, a mountain road with villages clinging to the slopes, to Taroudant and its ramparts.

Day03

Tafraoute · Legzira · Agadir

Taroudant → Tafraoute · Legzira → Agadir

South to Tafraoute, among pink granite rocks. Then Legzira beach and its stone arches carved by erosion, and on to Agadir.

Agadir · Essaouira

Agadir → Essaouira

A walk along the Corniche, the harbor and the souk in Agadir. In the afternoon we follow the coast to Essaouira.

Essaouira · Marrakech

Essaouira → Marrakech

A morning in Essaouira, the old Mogador: a medina listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2001, ramparts over the sea and windy beaches for surfing and kitesurfing. Back to Marrakech and transfer to the airport.
